We support the City’s efforts and encourage a balanced approach—one that protects our neighbourhoods and business community, while also ensuring individuals experiencing homelessness are connected to shelter, support services, and opportunities for recovery and stability.
Homelessness in Barrie is not an issue any single group can solve. It requires collaboration—between the City, local agencies, businesses, faith organizations, and residents—working together with compassion and resolve.
